Morsky Construction Ltd. (MCL) is a Saskatchewan owned and operated company incorporated by Brian Morsky in 1980. MCL’s strongest asset is offering specialized and innovative construction services. MCL has been providing award winning grading, remixing/stabilization, microsurfacing and paving services for more than 30 years. A key component to this success is MCL’s many long-term and experienced employees. MCL is also a COR safety certified company.
The majority of MCL’s heavy construction projects have been Saskatchewan based and include work on numerous highways, municipal and urban roadways and site preparation. MCL has also undertaken work in Manitoba and Alberta.
